In-store pickup

You can also pick up your order immediately at our store located in Garidech, Haute-Garonne.

Pickup without appointment is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 6:15 pm, at 275 rue de l’Ormière, 31380 GARIDECH.

How can I track my package?

After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package and a link for tracking.

If your order is not delivered within 48 hours, please do not hesitate to contact us at 05.61.74.87.56 for further information.

My package is damaged, what should I do?
  • If the carrier delivers a damaged package, open it in front of them and carefully note any anomalies on the driver’s receipt.
  • If the package is severely damaged, refuse it and contact us at 05.61.74.87.56. We will explain the next steps of the procedure.
How much are the shipping costs?
  • The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the product, as well as its destination and the selected delivery method.
  • Shipping is free for orders over 350€ in mainland France only.
How to return a product?
  • If your product is under warranty (exchange warranty or optimal warranty), you need to call us at 05.61.74.87.56 so that we can initiate the return process at our expense.
  • If you have received your product but it does not meet your expectations, you can return it at your own expense and request either an exchange or a refund. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for further explanations.
