- Unlimited exchanges during the 5-year warranty period: in case of a malfunction, your central vacuum unit will be exchanged for a new one (identical model) or for a unit with the same features if the original model is no longer available.
- No need to travel: the diagnosis of the issue can be done over the phone with one of our advisors.
- No additional fees: the return of the defective unit is included in the warranty. You don’t have to pay anything!

How to benefit from the warranty?
To benefit from the 5-year warranty exchange program, follow these simple steps:
- Choose your central vacuum system by clicking “Add to Cart.”
- Click on your cart.
- The “New Exchange Warranty” option is selected in your cart. Leave it selected if you wish to benefit from the warranty, or deselect it if you do not wish to.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Log in to your account or create a new account if you haven’t already.
- Select your preferred shipping method.
- Complete your payment for the order.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
How does it work ?
1. I download my invoice
- I log in to my customer account and download my invoice.
- I print it out or save it as a PDF on my computer.
2. I notify Atepac of the breakdown of my central unit
- I contact the telephone support at +33 (0)5.61.74.87.56 (toll-free number)
- Technical support is available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM (excluding public holidays)
- I can also send an email to info@atepac.com
3. I return the central unit
- Once the malfunction has been confirmed by the technical support, I will receive a prepaid Colissimo label by email
- I can return my package free of charge by post
4. I receive my new central unit
- If the malfunction is confirmed during the diagnosis, I will receive a new identical central unit
- If the central unit is no longer available, I will receive one with the same features
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How is the value of the central vacuum determined?
If the central vacuum is still available, its value will be the Atepac TTC price of the vacuum at the time of the exchange. Otherwise, Atepac will guide you towards a central vacuum with similar features and check for availability in-store.
If my central vacuum breaks down, is my replacement central vacuum still covered?
Yes, the replacement central vacuum is covered for the remaining period until the warranty expiration date.
During the exchange, can I choose a more expensive central vacuum than the one that broke down?
Yes, by paying the price difference. The replacement central vacuum will be covered by the warranty for the remaining period until the end date of the original coverage, up to the value of the originally insured central vacuum.
