The A.T.E.P.A.C website (Technical Assistance for Residential Central Vacuum Equipment) is a publication of SARL Atepac, a limited liability company with a capital of 1893.88 euros, registered with the Register of Trade and Companies under number 405 666 355, and with its registered office at 275 rue de l’Ormière 31380 GARIDECH.

Our online store for central vacuum equipment meets several requirements: price, choice, quality, and service. To fulfill its commitments based on these four major criteria, Atepac relies on its experience gained since 1994 and aims to promote economical and innovative products that enhance home comfort.

The purchases

To place an order for a product from our catalog, you first need to add it to your cart. To do this, simply click on the “Add to Cart” link after selecting the product, and the cart will be automatically updated. You can repeat this process for each new product you wish to order. You can view and modify the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the “Cart” icon in the menu bar or by using the “Your Cart” window located on the right side of the website.

Delivery, Lead Time, and Pickup

We provide delivery within 24-48 hours throughout France for orders placed before 2:00 PM, subject to working days and transportation contingencies.

Our shipping lead times depend on the ordered items, their availability, and your payment method. Products that are permanently out of stock are removed from our catalog as soon as we become aware of the stock shortage.

All our orders are processed administratively from Monday to Friday. Therefore, the service is closed on weekends and public holidays.

For in-store pickup, you will be notified of the arrival of your order at the store by email and SMS (if your mobile number is provided). You must bring the required identification document with you.


We offer 4 payment methods:

  1. By credit card: When you pay for your order online, you will be redirected to the secure server of CRÉDIT AGRICOLE, which handles online payments only. Your credit card information is encrypted. We do not have access to this information, and it never passes through our network. All transactions are subject to confirmation by our services and are not validated until we have ensured that we can fulfill our commitments (see terms and conditions of sale).
  2. By bank transfer: When you pay for your order by bank transfer, please instruct your bank to transfer the total amount of your order, indicating your name and the department number (e.g., Dupont31) in the payment reference, to our company’s account. Please note that your order will be processed only upon receipt of the transfer.
  3. By check: You can send us a check payable to ATEPAC to the address SARL ATEPAC 275 rue de l’Ormière 31380 GARIDECH. Please note that your order will be processed only after the check has been received and cleared.
  4. By Paypal: Easily and securely pay without sharing your banking information on our site by using your Paypal account.

After-sales service

You have two options to return a defective product:

  1. Come directly to our store, bringing your purchase invoice with you.
  2. Return the equipment by postal service or courier, indicating the return authorization number provided by our after-sales service on the package(s).

The outbound shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must use a secure and insured means of transportation to prevent any damage during shipping. The return shipping costs are covered by SARL ATEPAC. Any equipment sent without a return authorization number will be refused and must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. The return authorization number must be clearly indicated on the outside of the package. We reserve the right to refuse any package that appears to have inadequate packaging. A copy of the purchase invoice or delivery note, along with the confirmation email of the return authorization, must be included with the package.
